ignite wifi app wonky

app not working on i phone  i have to restart my phone to show any connected devices , if that isn't working who knows if any intrusion notifications are even working  ..   seems like its just taking up space on phone if it is not working properly....

Please answer the following:

- Are you on the most updated version of the app? 
- When did the issue first / last occur?
- Is a single device experiencing issues or multiple devices?

- Have you attempted yet to uninstall and reinstall the app?
