Cannot Make Calls Since Recent Change to Services

I've been around

Made changes to my services yesterday.  Now I can't make outgoing calls. So I can't call rogers to have it corrected. Is there a way, other than social media to contact them... Email?

Have you tried performing a simple reboot of your device as of yet? Sometimes you may need to reboot your phone after changing services.
