Voicemail number not recognized

Hello,

I am trying to set up my mom's voicemail.

I tried calling both 1 and the 647-... voicemail number that is in the phone app, and got the same message: 'enter your phone number with the area code', then 'number is not valid '

Voicemail is included in the plan.

Can I get some help with that problem?

for this kind of issue, no one in the community can help you, it appears its a provisioning issue on your account and can only be solved by calling into a rogers agent and having them re-provision your mailbox
