Voicemail - Can't Delete Messages

I just recently switched my number from Alberta to Nova Scotia and I have voicemails saved on my Alberta voicemail inbox and I can't get rid of them since I have a new number apparently. Can you help me?

Good evening @Ryan24,

Welcome to the Rogers Community and thank you for posting!

Having the ability to use the voicemail included in your price plan is key.

Are you still experiencing issues with this calling feature? If not, I'm glad it's resolved.

Don't hesitate to let us know if you need our help!

We may need to troubleshoot and investigate further.
