Text Trouble

I can't send texts to 80% of my contacts. No error msgs, voice calls work fine. I can receive texts from all contacts but I can only send to a few of them. Any idea how to fix this?

It's odd that you're unable to send out any text messages. I just have a few questions to get a clearer picture:

1) Has there been a recent price plan change on the line?

2) When did you first notice that the messages are not doing through? 

3) You mentioned that there are no error messages, do you at least get an "undelivered message" prompt?

4) Have your recently switched from one operating system to another?

5) Have you tried to reboot your device or reset the network settings?

I called tech support on Friday. They had to create a ticket. By 5 pm that day to the problem was solved.
