The updates come from Samsung directly! Usually South Korea gets the update first, then the US firmware devices. The rest of the world varies. Canada's W model usually falls somewhere further down the line. Then you have staggered rollouts so not every device running a specific firmware will get the update at the same time. A good example of this is, T-Monile USA usually gets their updates before AT&T and Verizon and TMB U are usuallt the only carrier firmware allowed to participate in most beta releases.

That's not the point of my initial post.
Samsung would inform the Canadian Carriers when to expect an update, or Rogers could ask Samsung.
The information for Motorola is there..
Don't know why your reply was marked as a sile, because it certainly was not.

In addition, Telus has managed to post the OS Update Schedules for Samsung devices... Fido just seems to have given up on posting anything, and Rogers just seems to be ignoring Samsung devices..

OS Update information on Samsung Members Canada, is posted by members, who get the information from the Carriers OS Update Schedules..
Samsung Members Canada Moderators, have never posted any OS Update information.
But again, that isn't the point.
Rogers hasn't included Samsung device OS Updates, going back to mid October.
I am quite active on Samsung Members Canada, so I know what is going on there.

Why is Rogers only posting OS Update Schedules for Motorola??
In the last few weeks, Samsung has released OS Updates for a number of different devices, but Rogers OS Update Schedules have not included any information for any device, other than Motorola??

Greetings @shaggyskunk!
Please understand that what @LordDrakkon said in the post that's marked as the solution is accurate. These updates are deployed by the manufacturer.
We post update information as it becomes available to us and we are not ignoring Samsung devices.
If you are concerned about the delay of a software update, please contact your phone's manufacturer directly for further support.
