My texts aren't being received

I just switched to SamsungS23, with new SIM card. Some of my friends aren't receiving my texts now. Any thoughts as to why? I have verified that Messages is the default SMS app. Auto-download MMS is activated. SMSC number is correct (+1-705-796-****).

What am I doing wrong?

Are those recipients specifically iPhone users? If so, that is a known Apple issue that Ape doesn't seem too interested in fixing considering it has been going on for months now.

If they are not iPhone users. Disable RCS and send those messages as standard SMS/MMS messages for better reliably.
