I have a weird problem that just started and just edited this message . I've tried everything google searches have suggested and the standard Rogers troubleshooting. I've cleared cache, reset network, checked APN, forced stop of the client ... my next thought is to do a factory reset and see. I cannot send MMS to anyone I thought it was working from Android to Android but when I turned off RCS I found out that wasn't the case. This was working prior to the weekend so could be an update I don't recall. I even tried switching from 5g to LTE nothing ...

Ah so in testing I found out something else I can't actually send MMS to anyone when I turned off RCS which is android to android ... so it's more general than I thought

I'm going to try that ... tried a factory reset and still doesn't work ... luckily I didn't have much to really keep so just wiped it after a gallery backup.

Just an FYI so the factory reset did nothing so I swapped the SIM with another and my phone worked with other SIM and hers didn't. Ticket was opened with Rogers and they escalated it up when I hear from someone up the chain saying I was blocked from sending MMS as suspected business spam. I'm a retired single guy LOL. Kinda curious though if I were a business or really any user why ROGERS wouldn't inform you they were doing that and or at least first line support when you call would know about it? That would've saved me days of headaches wondering what was wrong.

I'm glad to hear that they we were able to get this figured out for you after an escalation, @opuscat!
