Forwarding Calls Between SIM Cards

duggo2
I've been here awhile

I have added a second SIM to my Huawei P30 phone.

SIM 1 is set up with Rogers on a pay-as-you-go contract. SIM 2 is set up with Shaw (currently owned by Rogers) on a monthly no-data contract. I want to have either phone when busy or off, transfer incoming calls to the other phone.

No problem setting up a SIM 2 transfer to SIM 1. But every time I try to set up the opposite direction SIM 1 to SIM 2, the transfer facility shuts itself off.

Huawei forum tells me that the SIM host has to allow transfers before they can be set up.  I guess Shaw must already allow such transfers.  How do I get Rogers to allow them as well?

Good evening @duggo2 and welcome to the Community!

At this time we do not support the dual physical SIM feature. It can explain why the transfer fails on your end.

Hope this helps.
