Can I text a Canadian number that is currently in the USA?

I would like to know if I will be charged for texting a Canadian number that is currently in the US. Thanks

When you text another Canadian cellphone user often you will have NO IDEA if they are here in Toronto or USA or if they are in Italy or China or Africa or Japan OR anywhere.

So because of this you can not be charged extra for texting or calling them if they travel. Your only charged based on the actual phone number your texting If its local or international number.
