Callers can't leave a voicemail - Samsung S23

Recently, when I don't answer my phone, instead of callers getting the option to leave a voicemail, they get a message that the call cannot be completed and to try again later. (I am able to access my voicemail, change greeting etc.). What's going on?

The callers not being able to reach your voicemail can be bothersome. Have you modified the voicemail number or changed any voicemail settings?

Update: Rogers did a reset on my phone voicemail and it fixed the problem.

One of the moderators had my voicemail reset and it fixed the problem. Thank you
