i gate call from win back team i accepted offer. I call rogers costumer. the Tellme to call Validation teams. i call and conform after the tele me win back team call you. but i didn't receive call back.

Same problem for me too. The winback team seems to be a problem for Fido and Rogers.

Similar issue. Promised a return follow up call to complete the deal in 48 hours and nothing. I followed up tonight and reps say they see the notes on account but can’t do anything. Starting to think my gut was right to cancel and move services to a competitor. Been happy with the services Rogers offers but false promises have left a bad taste and experience.
