automatic payment date

I am set up for automatic payments.  My rogers wireless payment date is December 12 but they are going to take payment on December 2, 10 days early.   I want to pay on the due date.   I have tried to resolve this with Rogers and then with Red Wireless but no luck with either one.

@User7747 -- if you have signed-up for Automatic Payments, Rogers new policy is to take the payment 14 days after the date the invoice was created. Cancel the Automatic Payment, and pay on the due date.  Note: if you pay at your Bank/Credit-Union, pay a few days early, so that your payment reaches Rogers by the due date, and will not miss the "deadline" (and accrue interest).
