Winback

Winback is a SCAM. They pull my credit and next day increase $$ on my plan. Today I got the call from WINBACK again asking why I left Rogers, jokers, when I ask that what happen to my order its been 3 business day since I accepted the offer, poor lady seems confused and apologies. I think Rogers is too big to be ignorant. I will report them to Ministry of consumer affair and www.ccts-cprst.ca or call toll-free at 1-888-221-1687 and Roger ombudsman. This ill practise from Rogers will gain some $$$ in short term but in long term Rogers will be bigger looser.
