Winback offer credit finally received.

Today I spoke to Nancy who finally resolved my 4 month issue with mobile phone bill.When I purchased the phone on Winback offer which promised a credit of $200 credit,the credit never arrived and I have been chasing it for months.
NANCY is a doer.The rest who handled it should be warned not to give false promises.
