Typically, how long does it take to receive a call from the winback team?

Generally, there is no designated time length to get a call from our winback team after leaving, also receiving a call from our winback team is not always guaranteed. Same thing for me. It’s not scam calls. It’s just cal that has no notes and no call back numbers. Very frustrating
