Win back didn't call back

Hi there, I had win back call me with a plan offer the other day, and I've been waiting on a call back for a week or two now. I called Rogers back and they said they would have the win back team reach out to me. 5 days later, still nothing. I wojld love to accept the offer and go through with it all, but no one is calling me??

How long ago did you speak to winback? Did the team provide you with a reference number? A callback request usually takes a couple of days. If you still haven't heard from the winback team, please let us know. You can  message us via PM @CommunityHelps.

They did not call me back, after calling yesterday and requesting a callback, I got a call back today. However, I'm very frustrated because they didn't offer me the same offer as 2 weeks ago... I was all happy to come back to Rogers but with this extremely frustrating experience I'm second guessing my decision
