Cannot view My Business Account

I'm here a lot

Hi Rogers. I have wireless business account at my Rogers business hub. Problem is, I cannot view My Business Account. Seems like website is broken, it constantly reloads almost until it stops at floating color dods. Cannot view my balance usage or pay my bill etc. However I signed up for prioritize payments. Latest web clients Firefox and Chrome or MS Edge.

These sorts of issues are almost always associated with bad cookies or cache, or the use of extensions like an adblocker, or use of a VPN.  Try Incognito or Private mode on your browser, or a different "clean" browser.  Click on the following checklist.  Please look into each item as one or more of them may be causing the issue:

P.S. Recently someone had a pop-up blocker, an adblocker and a VPN that caused issues with a Rogers website.  These can also cause issues on several other websites as I have encountered in the past.  I always have a clean browser ready to use for such websites.

Here is scenario, you are in roaming, your smartphone is only device you have while traveling, and you need to control your bill, besides RogersApp does not work with business account. Then you are trying to log on to My Business account (using chrome, safari or firefox browsers) make some extra payments etc. and you can't do that because it's web page is not responding other than loading color dots in the middle of the webpage. Is that what I have to go through the technical issues? like clearing the cookies? I think this is ridiculous.
