It is now Mission Impossible to getlive person from Rogers customer service. I see that there is a something called Virtual Assistant Anna which I found completelu uselless. When I tried to discuss some service charges thar were not requested I found myself at Queque postition is 57. I guess Rogers would like to prevent complaints and thats why it may be necessary to waith a few hours to get a chance to talk with Rogesr Customer service.
