Unable to Access rogers.com - just get the bouncing fingers.

I've been here awhile

have tried 2 different browsers on the computer as well as Safari on my tablets and phone. Have tried clearing cookies and cache. Have tried rebooting wifi. - Similar issue when I try to go to MyRogers - just get the red circles that flash between home, computer, phone, tablet icons.

When I leave home I am able to get to Rogers.com on my phone using my cellular data rather than wifi at home

This has been going on for many weeks

I can access any other websites with no problems

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've listed in your post. Can you please confirm if you have the Advanced Security feature enabled? You can check for this in the Ignite HomeConnect app.
