Have been on multiple chats - usually they disconnect when I'm being transferred to a specialist who can help me close the account. Tried a different tactic by calling in and I'm on hold now (fingers crossed) but it's been more than an hour of "thanks for your patience" and wonder if it'll ever be answered.
Is there a way to close an account online? Is there a trick to this?
