Raveen from the office of the President has been ignoring me for weeks. I was told that he’d respond after his holiday. After a couple emails and multiple phone calls I’m still here.
I was charged for internet services from my old apartment for up to 2 years. Was unknowingly paying my bills without realizing they were wrongfully charging me for two home internet services even though I had returned my modem from the last residence to a rogers tech upon installing my new internet at new residence.
It’s theft If you’re avoiding reconciling this. Just because majority of agents can’t see bills past 18 months doesn’t mean I should be avoided. It was even confirmed by an agent that in fact I was double charged.
No one is responding.

You might want to try the CCTS for assistance in trying to get this resolved. Paying for 2 years of service without noticing seems unusual. (Removed content - Keep it Legal)
