Dear Red Wireless Customer Support Team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent interaction with your representative, Rachna (Extension 061). I found her behavior to be unprofessional and unhelpful, as she appeared rude and shifted blame onto me instead of addressing my concerns.

The issue I raised was regarding:

Billing Cycle: I requested a change to my billing cycle as I received the wrong device and was unable to use the SIM card for an extended period.
Incorrect Device Delivered: The device I received was not the one I ordered. This has caused significant inconvenience.
I expected a higher level of customer service and a proactive approach to resolving my concerns. Instead, I felt dismissed and unsupported.

I kindly request:

A review of the call recording with Rachna for quality assurance purposes.
An immediate resolution to my billing cycle issue.
Compensation or acknowledgment for the inconvenience caused by receiving the wrong device.
I am disappointed with my overall experience and hope you can take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. Please confirm receipt of this email and let me know how you intend to resolve these matters.
