Tomorrow is my deadline to return my phone, but the store said I can't return in-store. When I call Rogers by phone they said I can return to the store. I had upgraded my phone last month and have been trying to return my old phone and not pay the $350. I never got sent any box to return the phone either. Can i return in store or not? 2 different employees told me I cant because I didnt get the phone from the store. When I asked the store where I picked up my new phone from they said I cant return in that store either... help

It depends. Some stores are "corporate" and some are franchised. It's up to the franchisee if they wish to accept returns. It's always best to call first and get the name of the person and when they're going to be in, if they say yes.

May I know how did you do the upgrade? Was it done at the store, online or over the phone? The return process is done at the same time as the upgrade. If the device wasn't upgraded at the store, you cannot do the return at the store.
For upgrades done online or through Customer Care, a return kit is shipped to you so that you can return your device.
