I recently had a rogers salesperson come through our neighborhood door to door. He offered me 1.5 gigabyte internet, popular tv package and rogers home monitoring for $148 after taxes. I said no, but exchanged emails with him and informed him we were still with bell and would shop around. He emailed me later that week saying prices had dropped by $15 and the package would now be $130 after taxes including a $200 bill credit and free installation. We went back and forth over email and agreed, with installation the following week. Our first bill has arrived and not surprisingly it is inaccurate. $20 more per month, no free installation, no bill credit. The salesman is no longer responding to emails and does not answer his phone. I have spoken with the rogers management team and they have said they cannot honor the pricing because the salesman did not make a note of the changes on their end. I never signed any agreement and only have the emails to go on. I requested management to cancel my service and honor the no installation fee, she refused. I asked to submit a complaint, the manager again refused and suggested I go to my nearest rogers store to make the complaint.

Hello @MikeWilson1,
Welcome!
It is really disappointing to read about your experience with the sales rep as well as over the phone. I am surprised you were directed to the store for escalations. Unless the services were activated at a store, I am not sure why my colleague would recommend you to visit a retail location.
While we may not have access to the exact offer as made earlier, we would still like to review your account and see how we can improve this experience for you. We can also try to get in touch with the sales rep and the other colleague and use this as a feedback opportunity.
Please let us know if you still need help with this.
