I got en email saying I haven't returned the equipment after cancelling services with Rogers.
In fact I sent it the day after, and they received it the day after I sent it. It was a signature item so tell me how they signed for it but claim they didn't receive it?
I have a receipt from when I mailed it AND I took a screen shot of the tracking when it was delivered.
One of the many reasons I have cancelled Rogers, this is ridiculous and they are almost impossible to get a hold of by phone unless you have all day to sit on hold
