Hello I was wondering if there is a way to reachout to the winback team or have them contact me, I called someone on the phone and was informed that they have to reach out to me.
They reached out to me before but for some reason I was not called back again.

Your Winback call may have come from Rogers or from one of their authorized agents. If you missed their call, I'm not aware of any way for you to request a callback.
You can also try sending a private message to @CommunityHelps and asking them what offers may be available to you.
FYI, a few years ago, I cancelled one of my services, which triggered a call from the Winback team. The discounts on my remaining services were also coming due, so I was curious what deals they could offer me. As it turned out, the Winback agent was not able to offer me anything better than the "A personalized offer is waiting for you!" deal that I saw on MyRogers. Your best bet may be to contact @CommunityHelps as well as to check out the Black Friday deals offered by Rogers' competitors.
