Returning phone with tempered glass

i recently upgrade my phone to samsung s21 last friday and i think i want to change it to samsung s21 ultra but it already have a tempered glass on it and cover case can i still return the phone?

Not sure what the official Rogers response will be but those protective screens are meant to be removable and replaceable in the event that they break.  If you search the Internet, you will find numerous videos demonstrating various techniques for removing them.

This is a unique instance, have you tried to remove the tempered glass? You mentioned that an employee helped you with this, does this mean you got the new phone at a retail store? If yes then you may first want to get back in touch with the same store to inquire about a return.
