Return a Phone

so I have spent over a phone trying to get a Waybill so I can return my phone 

I went to a store and they told me I have to call they DO NOT RETURN PHONES 

this is horrible I think its time to return this one and go to a places that will help there customers 

I so mad what a waste of time

How long ago did you get the device through Rogers? Did you purchase it, finance it, or lease it? There are no returns on devices beyond the buyers remorse period. Have you called Customer Care by calling 611 from your Rogers line to setup a return, if eligible?

I have had the phone for less then 48hrs and i have 10 days it was finance and yes I can return it and go somewhere else I have been a rogers customer for over 15 years
