Promotion Expiring

Back to the same old! My annual promotional package (tv, internet and land line phone) is about to expire.

Rogers solution to an 'about to expire promo' is to offer a more expensive alternative. One that is not affordable. Their cheapest bundle exceeds the price I have been paying for the last three years for a premium package. I am going to have to cut back - any ideas out there appreciated! I currently have land line phone, tv and internet bundle.

1. If you're on a promotional plan, then that will expire after the period of time outlined at the beginning and it is very unlikely that you'll get a similar rate after the promotion.  Promotional plans are just that - promotional and temporary - typically to entice you to come to a certain provider.  

2. All providers have promotions, but all providers also limit the time and you will be required to pay a higher rate following the promotion. The only way around this is to switch providers all the time and get the latest promotion from a different provider.

3. This doesn't mean that you have to pay "list price". There is often an option outlined to you if you login to MyRogers near the end of your promotion time.  If there is not, then you may wish to PM the mods on this forum to see what they can do for you.

When logged into the forum, click on @CommunityHelps  .  On the page that comes up, you'll see a link on the top right of the screen to "send a message".  If you're using a tablet or phone, you may need to switch your browser to the desktop version. How to do that will depend on the device but a web search should find it.  There may be some back and forth required while Rogers get your personal information to look into your account.  Personal information is not allowed in this forum.
