It's disappointing to hear that your $150 Prepaid Visa gift card isn't working for you as it should! Just to clarify, did you call the phone number on the card to get it activated for use?
If you've followed all of the instructions that came with the card and are still having difficulty using the card with eligible vendors, I would recommend reaching out to our third-party support team who supply and provide assistance with these gift cards:
