I 100% agree! Unfortunately, Rogers absolutely refuses to, evemnwhen it comes to accessibility needs. Maybe it's time to file a complaint with the AODA, BBB, and CCTS to get them to be a little more understanding and accommodating.

No, not true.  See https://www.rogers.com/support/billing-accounts/online-billing-faqs

How do I receive a paper version of my bill?

Rogers is going paperless. If you are 65 years or older, do not have internet or a wireless data plan, or have accessibility needs, please contact us to have paper bills mailed to you.

Some agents may not be aware of this policy but Rogers is definitely able to accommodate certain customers and will send them a paper bill at no charge.

Tried that months ago. I got one paper bill before they refused to continue doing it.

Some agents?  in my families experience, it appeared to be almost all agents are not aware of this policy.  My parents are seniors and not very computer savvy. THey are also at the age where it's very difficult to learn how to use technology such as online billing, etc.

When my parents requested paper invoices for their Rogers services, they were told no, and when my dad explained he is a Senior, the agent on the phone kept insisting this was not possible even if he is a senior.  Lack of Empathy, Lack of Compassion, Lack of looking up the Rogers policy to even see if my parents were eligible.

I called back on behalf of my parents and when I mentioned they wanted paper billing the agent immediately said no, then I said "they are senior citizens" and his tone changed, he was like "oh if they are senior citizens, then they are eligible" so I stayed on the line while the agent completed the request. I am happy this agent was not like the rest,  I wish people would be more passionate about their job and not just about the pay checks.

Re: I want my bill mailed to me

Rogers customer care workers are so poorly trained. How about having a department specific to do with accessibility? I have the accessibility discount on my services but can't get a paper bill restored. Is it an AODA complaint or can someone here actually put us in contact with someone to get this resolved instead of just making it as answered and ignoring the issue?

Re: I want my bill mailed to me

@LordDrakkon I would send a private message to @CommunityHelps and ask if they can reinstate paper billing for your services.
