I cancelled my services before my packaged ended so I wouldn't be charged the full price, and I switched over to a new ignite package. My last bill on my old package was basically $30.00 more. I contacted Rogers and was told that even though I cancelled my services in time, I was still charged until the end of the month. I was told that it would be deducted off my new bill. Of course it wasn't. After contacting Rogers through chat, I was told that they no longer Pro Rate ( I'm not even sure what that means) but wasn't given a real answer as to why I paid $30 more. It seems like whoever you talk to at Rogers gives a different answer.
