Non shareable plan and hotspot

Can you hot spot with a non shareable plane?

you would have to specifically ask if the non sharable plan is allowed to use hotspot capabilities or not.

I remember reading that you have to read all the fine details in the plan details.  the word sharable or not has nothing to do with hotspot, it means u can share data bucket between 2 or more lines
