I am not a Rogers or Fido cellular customer and when i try to update my billing address its trying to send SMS for verfication. I do not have a mobile number setup on my account because it needs to be either rogers or Fido. Therefore i am unable to update my address as i cannot get passed the text verification code.
I tried the bot chat and it didnt help, waited for a live chat agent and no one came on.
