Every time I log in to My Rogers it asks me to set up a cell phone verification. I enter my phone (several times now) but have never received a text with a verification code. My phone is 11 model with all the updates applied. (16.1.1) This is the only business I have that problem with. I use verification codes from other businesses with no issue. Now lately I have booked service call appointments and the rep says they are sending a confirmation text but I never receive them. I think it has something to do with short number text codes. Maybe Bell is blocking them? How would I know or what should I ask? I don’t know what the Rogers short number is.

Maybe suggest having an alternate method of verification and communicating via email address.
