Why did the payment increase from $85 to $92.35? What are the other plans with a lower fee to keep mobile internet? How and in what order can I cancel your communication services?

Have you made any recent changes to your account?
Do you know if you had any discounts that may have ended?
Have you reviewed your bills to see if there were any notifications regarding any upcoming changes?

Hello.
I regularly review my mobile phone bills. I haven't made any changes to my tariff plan or increased my internet allowance. The bill suddenly increased without any changes on my part, which was quite shocking.

I initially subscribed in March 2023, and only in the summer did I upgrade my plan to get more internet (100).

What has changed? Is it the internet quality, or is there a need for increased earnings despite no changes?

If not already done, I would recommend reviewing your last few invoices, to verify if there were any rate increase notifications. I know that we did have some recent rate increases that affected some customers, depending on which plan(s) they were on.

Hello again. I haven't received notifications about a tariff change. I've always paid $85 monthly. The latest bill was $92.35. I don't understand what happened. Did the connection improve, or did the air get more expensive? (Just kidding.) I request clarification and information on the reason for the tariff increase with a detailed explanation.
