Loyal Customer Feeling the Need to Move On

I've been around
After calling Customer Service twice today I am shocked they are willing to let a loyal customer go without even trying to help.
The agents were very nice however they need to charge $20 per bill to "reprint" anything older than 18 months. This makes NO SENSE to me as I only want the pdf emailed to me. Bell offers 3 years of online access and free reprints for bills prior to that!
Our internet is slow and our bill is high...so maybe it's time to move on!

We encourage our customers to download a PDF of their bill each month if they need to have a record of their bills. You have up to 18 months to do this.

 

If your Internet is slow and your bill is high, we'd be more than happy to look into those issues for you. We can troubleshoot and see what offers are available to you.
