Hi there,
Actually I need your help. I have 1000 long distance minutes and I made 3 calls to India yesterday ,but it shows violation as it shows me 3⚠️ under long distance anytime category and 64 minutes under Long distance 1000 LD minutes. Can you please tell me why I got 3⚠️.
Thank you

Welcome to the Community!
You've come to the right place! Based on the info you've shared, I think you're referring to the 1000 International Long Distance Minutes feature. This feature is only available with select plans to call select destinations. You can use the 1000 minutes to call from Canada to India, China + Hong Kong (excluding Macau and Taiwan), the United Kingdom, Mexico, and Bangladesh.
This information regarding which destinations covered under this plan is included in the account changes email when the feature is added to a line. If you are still unsure, you can always confirm by calling Rogers customer service and having an employee check your account/plan and give you confirmation of what is included.
I hope this helps!
