Likewize Claim Status Request

Hello , I have filled my service request with likewize through rogers and it still pending from 20th december 2023
I call everytime and they say our manager team will review it and they will call me back , but there is no response. I am still without phone and they are not doing anything ( i am paying them for this kind of service around 20$ each month from 1.5 year )

It can't be easy without a phone, I wonder if there are any delays due to the holidays? Please keep us posted when you hear back from Likewize.
