I have been trying to reach the customer service for two days. Nobody picked up the phone due to high volume of calls. Then I tried Anna the AI and she suggested me to connect to customer service. Then I logged in from my own account and tried the online help. After attempts from different hours, I finally got connected with somebody around 7:00pm. He listened to my needs and transferred me to the next available customer service and suggest me do not close the chat window. I waited from my queue position from 99 to 19, then it does not change any more. That was 00:21 in the morning! My queue number stays there till this morning and I was logged off!
I really wish to discontinue Rogers service. How can I inform Rogers? Should I publish an article in the newspaper?

Rogers is impossible to get anything done , expect to spend 8 to 10 hours to make any small change or get help with anything technical .. I dont use rogers personally myself , but we have rogers TV for my 95 year old mother .. so when her box stopped working , the message on the TV said to call rogers.. so of coarse i called them and first time in maybe 8 years and wow , what can i say ... on hold friday for 2 hours , no answer and no option to have them call you back .. online support would not work since account is so old , it has no email linked to it , so the online bot just says waiting to connect you , or it time out.. saturday on hold for only an hour and the tech support person had me on hold on and off for another 45 mins , finally she said she thinks the box is dis -continued and you need contact customer care for a new box with rogers ignite . another hour on hold and the agent just trying to sell me extra packages . then i am like just give me same as before and hes like , im not sure what she had before .. im pretty much just ready to hang up and get a black box for firestick and tell Rogers where to go .. eventually i was able to get it all sorted with new box coming , but i am pretty sure they will screw that up and i will need to call back and waste another 8 hrs for a 5 min job . end of the day i will be just getting my mom a smart TV with a fire stick or something , just need to find something that has her Europe channels and i will be getting rid of this ..
