I know it's not the right venue but I'm hoping SOMEONE at Rogers can help. Without Twitter/X (which I am not using) there doesn't seem to be any way of getting help with a business account. I've currently been on hold for 35 minutes. Is there a forum for business users?

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums, and thank you for your post! We certainly understand how long wait times can be frustrating, and we do hope that you were able to get your issue resolved since your last post.
While we do not have a forum currently for our business customers, depending on your issue, we do have many support articles listed on our website here. If you are unable to locate the answer there, then you would need to call in to our dedicated business support line.
