Good day, @dmoo!

A very warm welcome to our community and great first post! 🙂

That is a very valid question!--As long as you continue to be eligible for the Connected For Success program, you should be able to continue receiving it. An annual renewal process is in place to verify that your household is still eligible for the program. If you’re no longer eligible after the first year, a Rogers specialist will contact you to discuss other product options with you.

If you have more questions and to see if you qualify, you may reach out directly to our Connected For Success team:

Call: 1-866-689-0758

Monday through Friday, 9 am-6 pm (EST)

Saturday and Sunday, 9 am-5 pm (EST)

Kind regards,

RogersYasmine
