Rogers is quite a large company in Canada and has call centres all across the country. I wouldn't be surprised if there is more than one person named Jade employed in Customer Care. Rogers obviously can't give out any information about their employees. Is there a reason as to why you are looking for this person that might make them want to reach out to you?
