My wife and I were attempting to upgrade both lines on our account to a new phone and new plan. Mine went through with no issues. Her line had some missing discounts that we were promised. The rep cancelled the upgrade order that they processed and attempted to resubmit it with the correct discounts. When they tried to resubmit the HUP, the system indicated that my wife was ineligible for a HUP. Rep said to wait 24hrs to see if system recognizes the cancellation. Any other solutions?
