My new phone has been driving around Montreal for 5 days now in the back of a FedEx van. Either they try to deliver when I'm not there (and know in advance I won't be there) or they say they will deliver it and don't.
The customer support is non-existent. Rogers tells me I have to talk to FedEx, so far I have:
1. Tried to manage the delivery online through the tracking tool - it says there are no options available
2. Tried to talk to them through online chat - this just closes after telling me no-one is available
3. Called the FedEx customer support line - this put me into an aut9omated system that repeated the delivery information I already know from the tracking site, then asked if I wanted to track any more packages.
4. Tried calling the local FedEx depot directly - I wasn't able to get through to anyone there.
Apart from hijacking a FedEx truck and driving to the depot, does anyone have any idea how to talk to these . ?

Hello, @IanKnowles.
We appreciate you joining our Community. It's disappointing to learn the hassle you're facing with the delivery of your new phone. This sounds incredibly frustrating and not the experience we want for you.
I understand you've tried multiple methods to resolve this issue with FedEx. Due to the increased number of recent scams, FedEx may be extra cautious and restrict delivery management.
They will make additional attempts to deliver the package when you miss the delivery. FedEx will hold your package for up to 5 business days for FedEx Ground or FedEx Express before it is returned to the shipper.
I apologize for the inconvenience; if you have to re-order the device, consider delivering it to a Rogers Store that is convenient for you.
Regards,
RogersMoin
