I've been around

I ordered a phone for express pick up. I got the confirmation email with the order number. I have heard nothing since receiving the email and I tried calling the location for pickup but there was no answer.

Have you received an email notification saying that your order is ready for pickup? Once you receive that email stating that your order is ready for pickup,  you can go to the store. Depending on the popularity of some devices, there can be a slight delay during busy periods on the order.

just an fyi, the emails rarely work and the stores actively try to let these time out as they dont get commission.

Was told by multiple Rogers employees that phone was ready for pick up in the City, drive an hour too the location i have been told is ready too express pick up. Complete lie the employees at the store cant give me the phone on the phone for hours still cant get phone 3 hours later they still say cant get phone. so we leave on the way back home i get in contact with rogers who now say the phone is ready for pick up and can go get it, well cant do it already at home ill do it tomorrow talk with another too verify that i can go pick this phone up i ask 100% that i have done all the time online to set up this phone with all the deals and what i want another hour on the phone with rogers almost 5 hours now of Rogers employees telling me they will get this phone and the contract i arranged online for EXPRESS PICK up. We go up there to pick up the phone the next day the exact same thing happens with hey have no idea whats going on the cant give me the phone the have too sell me the phone with there contract and have too waste hours being passed around by rogers on the phone and the store to not get what was set up online. Rogers lied to me multiple times just so the could get me to add a phone and line too my existing account with
