Hi everyone! I'm trying to change my eSIM to a physical sim but I keep getting this error no matter what device I try it on. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

It's disappointing that you cannot switch from eSIM to pSIM; that error could mean something is getting blocked on your browser. You may want to try an Incognito/InPrivate window with all the extensions/add-ons disabled to complete the transaction.
Please be advised that if you can complete the switch, you'll lose the service until the pSIM is shipped. The best option would be to drop by a Rogers Store nearby to avoid service interruptions. You may have to make an appointment.
