Hi I’ve been with Roger’s for 20 years and all of a sudden I can’t upgrade to new iPhone for 3 of my lines without 1000 dollar down payment for each, so a total of 3000 dollars for 3 iPhones, they have never asked me for a down payment for a phone before and now there’s no way for me to afford it, there has to be a loyalty department or something to help me out with this or I’m going to have to switch to bell because they still have non down payment phones, this is ridiculous if Roger’s is doing this for a reason it at least shouldn’t be to customers like me who have been here for 2 decades
