They provide me home Internet and it have bad connection and I switch into another and they will charge 360 be aware of that, do not sign up for Roger’s. The worst ever an experience, Internet provider..

Based on the info you've shared, it seems you have been billed a fee for cancelling your services before the term was over. How long did you have the service for? You typically have 30 days to test out a service without accruing any fees. Did you get a chance to speak to tech support about the ongoing issues?
